The founder, Connie E. Bosserman was born and raised in Lodi CA for 40 years and went to University of Pacific, Stockton CA. She worked for CA legislature from 1990 – 2008 and lived in Sacramento from 1990-2015. Connie retired and started a health insurance business in 2010- Bosserman Health Insurance Services Inc.

EXPANSION

Branching Out In Elk Grove

She then moved to Elk Grove in 2015 and opened office at 9245 Laguna Springs Drive suite 200 in 2015. After setting up in Elk Grove, she added a remote office in Sacramento in 2018 – 333 University Ave Ste 200 Sac CA.
Since then BHIS has expanded back to her home town, Lodi July of 2018 – 315 N California St Lodi CA.
